Welcome
With a mission to enrich the lives of people and foster environmental stewardship through horticulture, the Gardens on Spring Creek opened in May 2004 as part of an important partnership between the City of Fort Collins and the Friends of the Gardens on Spring Creek.
Situated on a 18-acre site along the Spring Creek corridor, The Gardens recently completed a two-year, $6 million expansion project. The Gardens now offers an expanded Visitor’s Center and gift shop, Butterfly House, Everitt Pavilion and Great Lawn, along with five acres of new gardens to explore.
The Gardens also supports school and community garden outreach programs, school field trip tours, year-round educational programs for all ages, volunteer opportunities and hosts several community special events. Learn more about the botanical gardens at fcgov.com/gardens.
